Apply online, then attend a General Meeting for the required membership vote.

Submitting this form does not activate membership. Every new applicant must attend a General Meeting (Second Mondays at 6:30 PM at Clubhouse at 68 Coombs, Building N, Napa) before the membership vote and approval. 2026 dues: $20.00 (half price Jul–Sep for remainder of year). Current members should sign in to renew.

By signing, I acknowledge the dogs listed on this form are currently inoculated for DHPP and Rabies. Furthermore, I agree to hold the Napa Valley Dog Training Club, Inc., Owner(s) of the Property, and/or other Business/Operations, and the Members, Governors, Officers and Employees of the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the actions of these dogs, myself or my guests, while in or upon the training premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto. In addition, by signing I agree to abide by the Mission Statement, Vision and Code of Sportsmanlike Conduct, the insurance release, the AKC rules, the Napa Valley Dog Training Club Constitution, and Bylaws.
